The Embassy of Fashion Designers International (EFDI) a consortium of the Embassy of Fashion Designers International Fashion Student Scholarship Foundation is a Non-Profit organization was founded in an effort to identify Fashion Designers, Fashion Models, and Fashion Arts. This dedication to serve is accomplished by association and recognition of its members worldwide.
The Embassy of Fashion Designers International primary goals are to: identify, nurture, and promotes its members, and award scholarships to qualify fashion students.
The EFDI uses its fashion publication “Freshest Faces Magazine”To further the art of fashion design and advance its artistic and professional standards, establish and maintain a code of ethics and practice of mutual benefit in the professional, public and trade relations.
The Embassy of Fashion Designers International stage several annual Fashion events which include, The Designers Debut Fashion Shows, The Annual Foreign Affair Fashion Gala, The Annual American Fashion Designers and Models Awards, the Designers New Year’s Eve Ball, and the Embassy Ball.
Candidate for membership to the Embassy of Fashion Designers International is by application or by recommendation. New members are screened and voted in by a Board of Directors. Applicants must be persons of recognized ability who are experienced in their trade or profession in the United States and abroad, in the following areas: Men or Women Clothing; Children’s Clothing; Accessories; Shoes; Hats; Textiles; Theatrical Costumes; Make-up Artists; Hair Stylist and Fashion Photography.
