VENDOR REGISTRATION
All Fees Are Non-Refundable As They Are Used To Promote The Event.
1 table and chair will be provided for each vendor for free.
Cost For Booth – $150.00 For 1 person (which includes 1 chair and 1 table)
This does not include admission to the Designers and Models Ball, The Show And Tell Fashion Show And The Awards Presentation Ceremony.
We reserve the right to censor any booth.
Set Up time: Vendors can begin setting up at 11:00 A.M.
Break down time: As Soon as the event is over.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
The deadline for vendors’ application is one week prior to the event date.

The Embassy of Fashion Designers and associates will not be responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the show and tell showcase.
PAYMENT IS DUE AFTER THE REVIEW OF YOUR APPLICATION. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF YOU ARE APPROVED TO SHOW CASE YOUR PRODUCT OF WHICH YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT.
